5. Why do we offer 15 minutes free consultation?

The process begins with a 15-minute free consultation, serving as an introductory session.
This initial interaction is designed for both the client and the nutritionist to get to know each other better. During this period, the client can discuss their goals, health concerns, and any specific needs they may have. It’s an opportunity for the nutritionist to gather essential information about the client’s current lifestyle, dietary habits, and overall health.
Following the free consultation, if the client decides to proceed, they can book a comprehensive consultation session. At this stage, the client typically receives instructions on preparing for the consultation.
This includes filling out a food diary to provide detailed information about their eating habits, dietary preferences, and any specific challenges they face.
In addition to the food diary, the client will be asked to complete health history forms, lifestyle questionnaires, or any specific assessments deemed necessary by the nutritionist.
The preparation phase allows the nutritionist to tailor their advice and recommendations more effectively during the scheduled consultation. 9. Does your nutritionist count calories?

Yes and No. Surprisingly, most people do not eat too high-caloric food. They suffer from slow metabolism, allergies, food intolerance, eating the wrong food, side effects of medication, and many more. Hence, it’s not about calories, it’s about how healthy/unhealthy is the organism. The plan is to create the right strategy for the body to heal and regain the homeostatic balance.
On the other hand, if someone consumes 20.000 calories daily, we need to focus on calorie restrictions as well, along with healing the gut system.

10. Do you advise taking supplements?

The recommendations regarding supplements would be based on a thorough assessment of an individual’s diet, lifestyle, health status, and specific nutritional needs.

I believe that if you are going to spend money on supplements it is worth using those of the highest quality – ingredients, formulation, how they are manufactured, etc.  This ensures that you are spending your money wisely and maximizes absorption and therefore the likelihood that they will make a difference. Typically I will suggest professional-only brands rather than those commonly found in the supermarket, etc.  I work extremely hard to ensure that I make the most appropriate suggestion for you and will always take your circumstances, medical history/medications into account when selecting these.  You are under no obligation to buy these supplements if you do not wish to do so.
