Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Holistic Health Company We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality supplements and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be purchased directly from foodbodyfit.com.
  • The product must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

For damaged or defective products, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers.
  • Products returned beyond the 30-day return window.
  • Clearance or promotional items.
  • Downloadable ebooks
  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Online weight loss services, consultations, and group memberships

3. Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support – Email us at office@foodbodyfit.com or call 0730133224 with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Ship the Product – Securely pack the item and send it to the return address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Inspection & Refund Processing – Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at office@foodbodyfit.com.

6. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


7. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product.


9. Online Weight Loss Services, Consultation, & Group Memberships

  • All purchases of online weight loss services, consultations, and group memberships are final and non-refundable.
  • If you experience technical difficulties accessing your service, please contact us immediately for assistance.
  • Subscription-based services may be canceled at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of the service period.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processed, an order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return per the terms above.
